*Certificate of Appreciation' will be awarded to all the students participating in MISE *Merit Certificate will be awarded to the students scoring 50% and above.
* For all subjects participation:
Out of the 7 subjects, the best 5 subjects are taken into consideration while calculating the percentage. English, Science & Mathematics are compulsory and the remaining best 2 subjects will be chosen from the rest. For example: if a student get marks in Science- 80, English-90, Mathematics- 95, Computer-90, G.K.-85, Social Studies-70, Art&Painting-60.The best 5 subjects will be English, Science, Mathematics(compulsory), Computer and G.K. whereas Social studies and Art & Paintings left out. So the percentage will be: (80+90+95+90+85)/500 x 100 =440/ 5 = 88%
* For others:
If any student wishes to participate in less than 7 subjects the percentage will be calculated by taking the total no. of participated subjects into consideration. For e.g-A student takes any 3 subjects, then the percentage will be taken out of a total of 300.
Although the percentage & prize money is calculated on a group-wise average basis, but in the recommendation of school any student want to participate in 2 or 4 subjects, then also he/she will considered for scholarship on ratio basis.
